Hybrid training is simply a type of training that involves the grouping of 2, 3, or 4 exercises in an exercise circuit that is done in a continuous, nonstop fashion and repeated for a number of sets per exercise. The idea behind this type of training is to address all of the major components of training into a specific training session.
